    Hi Trish
    Hope your well.

You write to whoever set this up for you in the start.

And I would now send the questionnaire's recently issued by the FOS, they have stated they save time, in case they try to stall by sending their own, as some do this.
On the guidelines of reclaiming link below, go to Stage one, and you will come across a Questionnaire issued by the FOS, its suggested as well to keep copies in case you need to refer to them later on, or go to the FOS.
You can of course write a cover letter as well (if you want to).

They as normal have 8 weeks to respond with a decision.

In regards of Redcats, I believe a questionnaire for each one would be required, unlike a letter to cover all, but if you did want to do a cover letter, just list all the account numbers the questionnaires relate to.

    Hope this helps.:)

With MBNA, I believe there have been much success, check on the success thread as well if you have time to check this out, good luck.

Out of interest what are peoples view on the "Life cover" element of the ppi?
Lets just say you were single, living with parents, no assets and children etc. Am I right in saying that a person in this position would have there debt written of anyway as there would be nobody liable?. And would this alone be grounds for a mis sold claim as you would not need the cover?. After all its for there gain anyway.

Sorry i'm probably just grasping at straws.

hi there, that is what the cover is for, to pay off that particular debt, your debt is not automatically wrote off as the insurance pays it, my friends brother died, lived with parents no property no wife and kids, when he died he had an estate worth 28,000 that was his car, life insurance, one months pay with holiday due and a pension, after the funeral was paid for the debts he owed were paid back and his mum and dad got 1500 does this help?

just another thought, why would the loan company write the debt off when it will be paid off by the insurance? i know where you are coming from but i wouldnt have thought that would be grounds for a mis sell lol pity though, but life stinks !!
