  • Hi,

Hope everyone is well & welcome newbies/returners. So far today I've done errands, laundry & showered. My aims for the rest of the day are to do volunteer work, more errands & laundry
  • So emily I believe every one is interested as to what errands you do. Could you please put us out of our misery, then I will have to get my b$%^side of the chair and do some cleaning after I have finished my :coffee:

I laughed so much at today's list, as my OH is away for a few days and I had planned to attack his 'office' *Play Room* whilst he's out of town. :j So it's now officially gonna be called the Beast Pit. :rotfl:
*Evil cackle!* I am so going to be toast when he gets home Saturday!!
pmsl kiwi :rotfl: :rotfl: well done you for braving the Beast Pit and cleaning it into submission - he will come to appreciate it .....:rotfl:

LG you poor thing - thats long hours -and its not fair when others take advantage like that - you be VERY careful when you are driving home as you will be tired and maybe not quite so alert as usual

denize NZ glad you had a nice time at the wedding - take it steady and you will soon get back on top of things - how is MIL?

HH62 first of all have a huge hug!! I was like you a few weeks ago and its not nice - you are doing the right thing by aimimg to do a couple of bits - DO NOT LOOK AT THE WHOLE PICTURE - just decide that you are going to do a couple of small areas every day and build from there - even if it is just clearing a shelf or the sofa or the kitchen table - one bit at a time and you had better get you butt back on here and post what you have done - I want to see it!!!!;)

LadyL I'm with DH there - you have waited long enough to get rid of the pain you dont want a setback now you silly moo!!!! Be very careful if you have to go out - in fact DONT GO OUT!!!!!:rotfl: :rotfl:

carslberg OMG what a bill!!! that is one chatty teenager!!! glad to see you will be getting her sorted next month I think she might think about being a bit more careful then!!

dusty bday2.gif to DS3 :bdaycake:what kind of cake are you making???

twinmummy WTG:T :T :T :T well done with the decorations thats fab - its a good feeling to get a job done thats been lingering isnt it? I think most of us do a bit of catch up with a coffee break - those at work have to catch up when they get home although some dont so dont beat yourself up if you cant keep up - even just read the last page usually tells whats going on.

SSsupergirl Hi babes  - hope the haircut was a success!

princess Jane 3 or 4 cupfuls(be generous it wont hurt it) soda crystals and a huge splosh of white vinegar in the WM and run on the hottest wash will clean out all the limescale and gunge in the pipes and make it smell better and dont forget to wipe all the door seals - you could put your cleaning cloths in the wash but no clothes:eek: - you can do the same for the DW if you have one.

1 x WM done - cant hang out it will freeeze!
    kitchen S&S

off to carry on in the pit!!!
    toots xx
    Peace will be mine

Morning everyone. I'm still struggling with motivation. I feel like there's so much to do I'm overwhelmed by it all so I sit around doing nothing at all instead !
Did hardly anything yesterday except go round the house looking at the mess and tutting...

Today I want to wash my bedding and Dyson the hall and stairs. I know it's not much but it's better than nothing at all.

I used to be like this too HH62, feeling that there is so much to do and not knowing where to start. Since joining this thread there is still just as much to do, but I feel able to tackle it. Just try to doing one thing to start with - wash your bedding first because the WM can be on while you dyson the hall and stairs.
Don't worry if you can't do lots at once, just babysteps. Just try to do a little bit and then give yourself a reward! And don't look at the bits on the list you haven't done, look at the bits on your list that you have done and :T yourself! Let us know how you get on! ;)

OMG so i'm not the only one who thinks orange ones have a flavour...thankyou, thankyou, thankyou:rotfl: .

    My list;

    [STRIKE]Strip bedding.. and wash
vacuum off the dustmites and turn the mattress!
Clear the floors of gibble!! and vacuum them
    Wash windows
Tidy up all the books and games on the shelves
Find 5 things EACH to go live elsewhere.. they have to be your own!!
    Binbag dance!
    [/STRIKE]

Everything I had left to do today has now been done. I'm on a roll.

I will now go and study  rather than be a disruptive influence on this board. Well, for a bit anyway :rotfl: xx
