I would try and get a dehumidify if I was you or ask if you can borrow one for a week or two from friends you can also hire them

Sounds a pretty poor show to me...though i can't say i'm surprised by their previous record in your case. I feel your frustration! I bet they wouldn't be as slow if it was the other way round with you owing rent would they! I don't think it's reasonable to expect your family (especially your daughter) to put up with it without cleaning it up for that length of time. The pictures you've taken are surely sufficient to show there is a problem. You seem to have taken reasonable steps to relieve the problem if it is caused by condensation

Hazards can arise in the home because of its design, wear and tear, or a lack of maintenance. The most common hazards involve:- inadequate heating, insulation and disrepair
- a lack of handrails, steep stairs and pool lighting which lead to falls
- damp and mould growth
- problems with personal and domestic hygiene
- fire
Getting help
If your home has any problems which could be a hazard you can ask your landlord to put things right. If your landlord doesn't do anything to improve the situation, you can contact an environmental health officer at your local council, who can take action against your landlord.
I'd also refer the housing department to your "Right To Repair" (see the link on the webpage above to http://www.communities.gov.uk/publications/housing/betterdeal2).
Hopefully i've given you a little bit of legal ammunition to get them moving a little faster than they currently are.
