OMG! That's pure water running straight down! Either the roof is leaking or have you got a water header tank in the loft, that could be leaking?

my bedrooms appears to be normal.
had to throw out wardrobe and get new bed0 -
That really is bad.
I think when they replaced your boiler they left leaks in your centrl heating pipes.
Do you find that the pressure is constantly low in your new boiler for the central heating??0 -
Have you shown these pictures to the council? If not.....I'd be there first thing on Monday morning with copies of these.
That isn't 'normal' damp. Something is causing that.Herman - MP for all!

This definatly looks like a leaky problem to me...Parden the pun..LOL
My first port if call would be to get the pipes checked out for the central heating and make sure they are not leaking.
Condensation could be blames but that seems unlikly for the time frame you are talking about.
I have a dining room that we don't use and there is no Heating on in there at all and hads been the case all winder, but nithing like that has ever happened in there.
I'm no expert but i think this if a leak issue in your pipes that is causing this issue.0 -
