I had problems with CPW not crediting money back to me.

I emailed the CEO after many, many calls to customer service and he sorted it out.

I've been waiting 113 days for my automatic 28 day cashback!!

I've heard every excuse under the sun as to why I've not received it, so I took them to court (online) yesterday.

It's very strange, but they've managed to send me my cheque for the first redemption cashback (after 4 months) without any real problems...

We will see if the court action speeds things along now :D

I'm still waiting for an e2save 3 auto cashback since 18 October - I thought it was 28 days or 21 days after 1st bill or something - sent off first cashback claim a few days ago so still to see on that point.

Have 2 cpw billed voda deals, no problems but one annoyance - there seems to be no way to find out your minutes usage and one query - are downgrades possible after 6 months of connection or 9?
    I think....
  • e2save and CPW have been quite good as far as my past dealings with them goes...

i've been on vodafone once, for a year, and i've been overcharged for the monthly line rental; charged beyond my contractual term; and despite their repeated promises/assurances I've never gotten my money back. sure they were small amounts but shouldn't that make it all the easier for Vodafone to pay up and pay up on time?

    pardon the rant=)

I've been waiting for my 'automatic' cashback too - was due by 6 January. I have phoned customer service a number of times to be told the cheque hasn't been raised yet. It seems that these cheques come from Ireland but the ones where you send the bill in are processed separately in the West Midlands. Doesn't make me hopeful about receiving the rest of the money due.
But CPW don't have a good reputation here anyway, not after they started debiting my bank account for someone else's Talk Talk telephone bills.

Got a reply today from the CPW Legal Department - they want to settle in full out of court!!!

They have agreed to pay the auto cashback, the interest at 8% and the court fee, so long as I stop the court action. I only wanted my money, so I'm going to settle (although I will stipulate in my reply that I must receive the cheque within 7 days of the returned letter...)

    RESULT :D
