Hey guys and gals
(Btw, unless otherwise stated, meals are all HM. I do buy loaf-bread but naans are hm, and I add our own garlic and butter to bought baguette)
Breakies are porridge, cornflakes or toast. Drinks are tea/coffee, water, milk or orange juice. Snacks will be apples, bananas, satsumas, dried fruit, carrot or celery sticks, flapjacks and fruit cake. Desserts can be fruit or bakes as above, or yoghurt, vanilla/choc pud or semolina.
This week is:
Friday: Jambalaya (from freezer) with salad and garlic baguette
Saturday
Lunch: £2 on a sarnie from a local deli (to take home and share) as a very busy day tomorrow but DD at grandparents so one less mouth to feed...
Dinner: Salmon and coley curry with garlic naans and salad
Sunday
Dinner: Might well blag fee food at parents' house when picking up DD, otherwise will be yorkies, veg and pots followed by rice pud.
Tea: Tomato soup with toast, then flapjack or fruit cake
Hubby off til wed, so no soup-making (besides, think I need a break from it myself) and lunches will be cheese sarnies, cheese scones, stuff on toast, etc. If we do fancy soup one day I can always do a quick pea and ham (parma ham in freezer) or a tom and lentil, etc.
Monday: Chorizo, tomato, lentil and veg stew with saffron rice
Tuesday: Cottage pie (from freezer)
Wednesday: Italian cheese pizza
Thursday: Cauli and pasta cheese with sun dried toms in, with salad and garlic baguetteLove and compassion to all x0 -
