Hope OP lets us know of any update.
My oldie's driving me crazy wanting to get out in the snow.
He's lying here grumbling away to get out, again. The door'll be worn off its runners soon.0 -
I know my girls never seen a proper amount of snow, and she just loves it!!!0

Lordy. He must have swept the garden with his ears this time.
Never mind lol, he shook them all across the room.
Its easy for me to put up with all this malarky, as no little children and all the time in the world now to clear up. It must be hard for the OP.0 -
haha my cat was yowling to go outside this morning i opened up the door she took a sniff, turned round and ran back inside... she's so cute, but i think she decided it was just abit to cold to play out today.0

Hopefullly this is sorted now - the OP has an offer of an older couple taking her on a trial basis, if that falls through I have an offer of a rescue space in scotland.0

That's really reassuring to know. I feel for the OP as it sounds like the dog has been very much a loved part of the family for some time. I hope that whatever the outcome, the dog is continued to be loved in her old age and settles well."One day I realised that when you are lying in your grave, it's no good saying, "I was too shy, too frightened."
Because by then you've blown your chances. That's it."0 -
Well done FC, hope the outcome is great for Dog and family.0

FC that is so kind of you to sort this out for her.I hadn't posted up to now ,was a bit like some of the people on here who got angry, but that solves nothing so i sat back and waited to see what the outcome was.
Please keep us updated.Hopefully the mods won't close THIS post as well

thanks - but well done to the OP as well, she had managed to find an older couple who sound ideal, and I think if the potential pain issues (arthritis/hips) are sorted too she will be much happier in a quieter home. If not, there is a rescue place for her as back up.0
