Are you sure this is not a cashback offer from the link? If this is the case then you get charged fully and then have to claim it back ... so that after a year it equates to £14.99 a month.
Regarding the T Mobile queue have a look on saynoto0870.co.uk for some free phone numbers. I got directly put through to someone after one transfer from another agent. No queuing at all.0 -
Mostwantd, do you mean t-mobile staff are going to get a better deal next month, or their customers? Just being nosey!mostwantd wrote:I Work For T Mobile Too :T ... Wait Till Next Month... The Propositions Are Just Gettin Better Wooooo Hooo :T"Cheap", "Fast", "Right" -- pick two.0 -
They offer are, for an addition 5.63 you get unlimted internet access of certian devices.
We usually charge, 7.50 per MB but now we can give you a bundle for 7.50 but you get 25% off that which makes is 5.63 plus your 25% off your line rental. which is GREAT, again no other UK provider can do this! T mobile are currently 80% in the market for new connections!!
Sorry Ferdy, its only available for friends and family.тнє ѕє¢яєт тσ ¢яєαтινιту ιѕ кησωιηg нσω тσ нι∂є уσυя ѕσυя¢єѕ0 -

wow, that's quite a surprise! usually large compaines cut back on staff offers like this, not "expand" them.
i left the company well over a year ago so i imagine quite a lot has changed in the past while!
despite the crap pay, i actually enjoyed working for customer service for t-mobile: i found the problem-solving side of things the best. it's just a pity tha there were (and still are) a lot of those emplyed by the company in customer serivce who are incapable of doing their job properly due to poor training.A banker is a fellow who lends you his umbrella when the sun is shining and wants it back the minute it begins to rain.0 -
It isn't exactly an imporvement. They made it unlimited but.... subject to a new £25/ month rebate whereas befoer the half price element was unlimited. Still a great deal if you are on a monthly tariff of £50 or less.0

Apologies for this apparent topic hijack...
But I've got a good friend working in a T-Mobile affiliated store (i.e. one which is listed in the T-Mobile website) called Chitter-Chatter. Would he be able to give the F&R discount?0
