I'll have to check my survey emails to see if I can get a clue.
Thanks for the tip off ms01ma
Mines from IPSOS. Haven't even received the voucher yet...and it'll be useless.Baby Year 1: Oh dear...on the move

I am sick with worry. Have £130 worth of Choice vouchers. Can't get through to the website where I got them from (Xexec Voucher Shop). Can't speak to anyone personally at our two Argos stores to see if they will take them (only get automated system). Rang Homebase and they are not allowed to take them. This is one of the worst money nightmares I have had to deal with. I am scared to tell my husband when he comes home in an hour. Any ideas what to do now?0

Did you buy the vouchers on a credit card? If so you could try to call the credit card company and organise a chargeback.Baby Year 1: Oh dear...on the move

I was in a wilkinsons stor yesterday when they announced over the tannoy that in line with other highstreet stores they have ceased taking the vouchers with immediate effect, but also that the vouchers could be re-funded only by the original place of purchase.I no longer work in Council Tax Recovery but instead work as a specialist Council Tax paralegal assisting landlords and Council Tax payers with council tax disputes and valuation tribunals. My views are my own reading of the law and you should always check with the local authority in question.0

Yes, I did purchase them on a credit card. I thought I would first try various stores but I think that the conclusion is that nobody will accept them. I would like to try and get back to the company who sold them to me and I will gladly return them even if I have to pay registered post.rchddap1 wrote:Did you buy the vouchers on a credit card? I had a problem with a computer a few years back and Lloyds TSB were very good and I got my money back. I now have an Alliance and Leicester card so I don't know what they will be like in helping with this.
Thanks again.0 -
I don't think the credit card is an option now as I ordered them in December and always pay my credit card off in full. I must get through to Xexec Voucher Shop but can't seem to contact them. They sell lots of different types of voucher but I am sure the Choice one is probably their best seller.0

In that case they've probably got a few angry and upset customers.....which is why you're possibly having trouble.Baby Year 1: Oh dear...on the move
