  • afternoon all
firstly, happy birthay to sans and a massive congratulations to urg123!!

today is a sad day, ive just split up from my OH after alomst four years, seen it coming, and i couldnt be with him anymore so even though it was on the cards, its still hard.

today i have or will have:
    • sorted out new phone contract - done - saving £25 a month compared to previous network :T
    • claim my cashback for this month
    • do washing x3 @ 30'c or less
    • tidy spare room
    • ebay all my boots no7 items that i have aquired from their recent promotions
    • put unwante dvd's onto amazon or play.com - havent decided what site to try yet
    • sent uncles birthday card
    • go to work for a few hours later
im sure i will do more than this between now and going to work but im feeling a bit meh today.
    ;)
  • Yesterday not today but it's cleared today so that counts.

Paid off my credit card, means I'm going to be skint this month but it's so nice to hear that "balance is zero" when I ring telephone banking! Overdraft is going to come down slowly but that's fine as it's interest free, as is the flights money because that's what I owe my friend.

First time my credit card has been zero in almost two years *eep*

  • Small but significant thing for me today, I have lurked for a while and more recently become involved in the boards and I have taken the big step of actually calculating my debt and added it to my sig so i can keep track of it and hopefully reduce it through some determination and mini challenges! Scary stuff!!

  • Talllie I like to think of myself as an individual. :)

But it is commonly thought that I am as mad as a bag of mad stripey things on a very mad stripey day. But I know hardly anyone where I live so it doesnt really matter. I don't speak to humans much (except you lovely lot)

Refreshingly different I like to think I am- but doesnt look like it SM DD beat me to it!!!! although my own DD is known to do the same things when she goes out to feed chookies....

Hugs to you Student skint nurse. I know it doesnt help.

Must be the time of year eh?
My OH and I split up on the 14th Feb 1999 ...........got that aniversary to look forward too.

He doesn't approve of anyone being silly - think that's where I get it from. Rebellion in my own wee way.

Hugs to you anyway - its never nice xx

PS Tallie I really am a serious scientist off to do serious scientist stuff now - yeah ok in my pj's - maybe not such a serious scientist...............laughing socks off hope you having good day!!
