    Lennykins, you'll be able to pay the mortgage off double quick as you won't be wasting money like you did in the past. Don't fret over the past - you can't change it but you can learn from your mistakes....speaking as someone who could pay current mortgage off in around five years if I just stuck the debt payments there instead! I've wasted loads of money over the years which is a bummer but there's no point worrying about that now lets just look forward to getting onto the MFW board. x

    Aye lets. Personally, I'm hoping house prices keep coming down over the next couple of years justin time for me to get on the market

    yuck..........I've been putting off cleaning out the beer barrel for agggggggggesssssssssssss.............cleaned it out and it's all sterilising now, water everywhere though !!! Going to get one of the homebrew tins going that have been in the cupboard for over a year. I don't drink beer, but I bought OH a few cans Christmas before last to make. Although I seem to be chief brewer :rolleyes:

    I'm hoping to buy towards the end of this year, so hopefully the prices will continue to drop, although not a good situation for those who'll end up with negative equity :o
