BB, have you tried cutting out certain foods, in turn, for say a week at a time?
Mums side suffer from ulcers, DD is coeliac ( mild tho ).
I now have v little fat, almost nil bread, and ( relatively ) small amount of chocolate. All reductions had a noticeable effect on me and I was also getting similar symptoms.
they come back with an excess of sugar too.

Pepe - is that how you spell ceeliac? as in allergic to wheat?

So many people ( usually with more money than sense ) go to a nutritionist ( Qualified through mail-order ) and get told that they are coeliac. Its usually rubbish, there is a BIG difference between an intolerance to wheat/gluten and an allergy.

this is why its a good idea to home test by cutting stuff out, one thing at a time, over a period of weeks to see. I feel better by not having bread......its very acid ( which is why you should cut it out if you have arthritis e.g), but I'm pretty sure its just an intolerance....it doesnt 'agree'.

Thats not bread! Thats a mix of improvers, preservatives, salt etc with some yeast and flour chucked in Maz!!!
Get a bread maker, then you KNOW what goes in....bung it all in at night ( 5 minutes ) wake up to lovely smell and fresh bread. Give it a couple of minute in the hot oven after a quick spray with some water...even better.

Worst news of the week.....Subway to open 600+ new shops...Nooooooo, we need proper local bakeries!!!

I have never been able to get the bread right in the bread maker and always end up ditching it as after one day it is usually only good enough got toast. Plus it is always very very heavy.
