Well that's what my phone call said and I swear on my mother's grave I saw that exact tree in my local store about an hour later and it was reserved for me.

Didn't work in my case then. I went in with a huge trolley and my 20% off voucher intending to buy paint as well and walked out instead. Not one penny of my money will they see after this...crap service, inefficient system and downright lies, hurumph. At least B&Q fleece you with some style and a smile.

Well Head office not open till Monday :mad: so I'll have to wait, in the meantime they have changed all christmas stock to not available in store on the website.

Just got home from work early (due to the heavy snow here) and my £7.70
6' tall white fibreoptic Christmas Tree has arrived! Glad our store wasn't doing reservations and I had to have it delivered! I can't believe it has actually arrived - I was sort of expecting a cancellation email.

It will be perfect for the conservatory next Christmas and thank you so much for the spot, OP.

Mine came this morning too - not everything I ordered - and no delivery note so not sure if any thing else will come - great stuff tho - I too expected the order to be cancelled.
