    Oh SHELLSUIT
I sent my MA forms off on Monday and received a letter back yesterday informing me I'm enetitled and had to fill in a form to say when i wanted it paid from, popped it back in the posts so should start getting it in the next couple of weeks i hope, i'll keep you updated x

    Blimey that was quick!! :T

I gave my letter into work last week so hopefully they'll have the SMP1 form for me this Thursday (when the accounts guy calls in there) so can send it off on Friday.

Can I ask ya, did you send proper wageslips in, cos I only get those old style brown envelope type, so had to ask boss to ask the accounts bloke to do me a covering letter for my chosen 13 weeks ~ I'll send the wage dockets aswell, but I hope it doesn't delay my claim  xx

Now I was thinking chilled Cafe Del Mar kind of music to calm me down - Any tips from the oldies??

Never heard of it!! That's probably my age showing although the only song I can think of at the moment that makes me really wanna drive is
Bat out of hell' by Meatloaf - might get asked to put me headphones in :rotfl:

I don't like TV on unless something really good one - we watched whole first series of Gavin and Stacey last night on DVD, soooooo funny. Like TV series like LOST, Prison Break, 24 and Heroes. Can't be arsed with soaps or TV dramas.

Prefer to curl up with a good book (Stephen King, James Patterson, Kathy Reichs etc) and a blanket

Where does the time go?
  • Glamazon - I think I am probably showing my age by suggesting cafe del mar (think early ibiza chill-out, back in the 90's) saxophone music....

Ah - it is the music from the M&S food adverts! Dah derrrr, der der da da der der dah, dah, dah, der der derr...(like that helps :rotfl:)

Don't get me wrong - I love watching TV when there is something on - (Lost, Spooks, Heroes, Grand Design - I could go on! - I even watch Eastenders) I just don't like having it on for the sake of it!

Prefer to curl up with my hubby ;):D

I love curling up with a good book! Just turned the TV off in fact seeing as Hubby's off burning dinner and Aimee's writing her invites.. (Have decided not to invite the older sibling!)

Hubby is completely different... He needs the TV on for background noise... Even when we were decorating and I turned it off he put it back on again... And last night I put the radio on while we were tidying Aimee's room and he said 'Oh we should of bought the portable TV up...'

  • Krystal - my hubby is just the same - the first thing he does is turn the TV on, even if he is only going to be in the house for ten minutes!!

I think they do it so they don't have to think about anything :rotfl:

Well, I tried singing it but couldn't get it I'm afraid!! If I catch the advert I'll listen out for it. :rotfl:

 Just read through todays posts, no r.mac so I'm hoping.;)

Kids are excited. My DD is expecting snow by the morning but as we're so close to the sea it may only be a sprinkling. Mind you they spent and hour last year getting enough for a 2ft snowman!

Hope everyones ok, went to out very small Tescos earlier for our shopping. 12 creme eggs half price, told DD we would put them away for easter. I didn't even manage 4 hours.:o
Too many children, too little time!!!

oh, creme eggs yum! I could eat one of them right now.

It was snowing here earlier but sort of fizzled away when it hit the ground - I am going to close all the curtains and hope that in the morning I will be snowed in and can't go to work :rotfl:

Still snowing here... Might have to send hubby to the shop for creme eggs... Seeing as everyone else is having them :p

I'm starving actually... Hubby put the meat in the oven at 1... Then sat down to watch a film... Took it out at 4, burnt to a cinder... And is now cooking the veg... I'll be lucky if we eat before 6!
