    Night Sami xx

Mel, I do think it sounds a bit American but no more so than I think Luca and Jaden do IYSWIM :) Only thing that puts me off a little is that you already have an L name - don't know if that's stupid of me to even think about it! Kinda like the idea of having a J, K and L (plus I when #4 comes along if you stick with Isaac!) :)

Thanks Elle - That's my kind of thinking :D

One of my main objections was the L.... Well will sleep on it, still got a few weeks to decide!

Thank You so much for your opinions though, really helps:)

What do you think, is it a bit American sounding?? I'm not sure. I still love Kai, so thinking about other names feels like cheating on my true love:)

:D imo nothing wrong with american names (dd1 has one!) + points are I have only ever met 1 other child with the same name whereas ds's name is a popular one... - points are telling the inlaws  Logan I have a soft spot for because it was one that I liked - but Kai is lovely too...

tbh dd2 was going to be Ruby until I was standing outside the registry office - I phoned up dh - almost in tears saying "it isn't right, she just isn't a Ruby" and I got the ok to go with the other names we had :rotfl: You have to bear in mind that all of ours were registered on the last possible day due to parental squabbling over names :D We also have a surname that is full of vowels so it is a bit of a mouthful - trying to get names to match up with it is a pain...

You'll be fine AM induction for a VBAC isn't massively risky they just have to monitor your scar don't let people scare you :D

AM you need to discuss with your consultant what they plan to do if you do go overdue, it was made quite clear to me that I wouldn't be allowed to go overdue and if I got to 40weeks then they would be looking at an elective section at that point
Thanks for that, see my consultant told me at 22 weeks that he would see me again at 40 weeks, no mention of inductions or not as the case may be.

  • Morning all :D

Just a quickie we're heading up for the baby show in London next week and for those that have been before how long does it take really to do it? Do I need to allow a full day?

We're planning on coming up for the weekend so any recommendations for shops to visit whilst I'm in London for baby stuff?
You laugh because I'm different - I laugh because you're all the same
