Is DD not on half term tomorrow? All our kids are!
I am tumble drying my second load of Bubba's clothes...will be off to fold them all and ooooh and aaah over them in a min!
My mum is on half term too.
I'm jealous!! I want a tumble dryer0 -
Just sorting out Jamie's memory box and thought I would mention that if you're making one then remind OH to buy the birth day's paper (Sunday Times for both of mine!
).
We also have a copy of No1 in the Charts for that day too.

Elle - ooh take a big wheeled suitcase so you can fill it with what you buy, easier to get on the train
I need to find out how big the locker things are at the NEC..
Was just going to travel very light for the overnight stay so I can put everything in a rucksack and carry it round with me. Mum said it would balance me out - bump at front, bag at back!0 -
mm - that is a short break!
I'm not going to work tomorrow la-la-la!! Don't know what I am going to do actually
I might finally pack my hospital bag - I seem to only be active during hours of daylight!
Sami - I didn't have a tumble dryer til hubby moved in with me 3 years ago - now I would hate to live without it.

Do you think that your babies future will be shaped by the type of paper that you buy
Any thoughts on whether babies go quiet for a while before they are born? I keep thinking that if I was going to make a long, hard journey then I would rest up the day before
ETA - do you think my boobs will know when Bubba is likely to start before I do? My boobs have been sore all day...as if they are preparing!!please listen to MFD - she is a wise womanProud Mummy to the gorgeous Benjamin John born 14 March 2009, 8lbs 14ozA new little seedling on the way, due 30 September 20120 -

Just reading this thread as I am currently 12 days over for the monthly "visit" and think I may be pregnant again.
Already have 3 and didn't plan any more but these things happen lol. I am still a bit in shock yet and not quite ready to do a test.
To all those ladies overdue I had all 3 of mine over with no problems at all. My great aunt had 5 all over and I was 2 wks over, so for our family 42 wks seems to be full term (I also go around 31 days for a monthly cycle rather than the 28 so it matches that).
Baby 3 gave me aches and dull pains for 3 weeks then at 11 days over came in a big rush. Picture preg lady in wheelchair being pulled along looooonnnnnggg hospital corridor to maternity unit at back by OH whilst shouting "I can feel the head hurry up".
2 MW threw me on a birthing bed and told me to push, meanwhile they were tearing open birth kits etc. No time for drugs and about 3 puffs of gas n air. 10 mins start to finish, but very painful and intense lol.
BTW all 3 finally came after the OH doing his ahem "bit"
ali x"Overthinking every little thing
Acknowledge the bell you cant unring"0
