I can't believe how young that boy looks!! He looks 13 going on 8, not 13 going on 18 like I was expecting!!

When you see the two of them together (the mum is 15) it looks even more wrong - she looks 15 going on 20

    Poor, poor kids.

  • Nicki - there is a postbox on the porch. I am happy for the postman to use the postbox. Then the mad neighbours come inside the house (when we are in) and post it into the house.

If we are out or on holiday then I agree that they are being neighbourly (which is why I didn't say anything when we first moved in) but to come into our property when we are here is nothing except downright ignorant and nosy.

One day I had some veg boxes delivered from the local farm. I had spoken to them and said that they could deliver at 5.30am and leave it in the porch. When hubby came downstairs to make a cup of coffee about 6.15am the neighbours had posted a note through our inside letterbox to say there was a delivery in the porch. They know full well that we both leave for work at 7.00am and we had to climb over the boxes to get out of the door. From that day I have found it too upsetting to speak to them about it. I just feel that they invade our house when they feel like it.
There is a long list...my mum and dad came to wallpaper the living and dining rooms a while ago and the next door neighbour was stood at the window looking in at them. - my dad shouted at him 'what do you think you are doing' and he just walked calmly away. They also check what is in our bin every monday morning when we put it out, even when we take it to the end of the drive. It all makes me feel a bit sick to be honest...I try not to speak to them if I can help it.

I just hope my note does the trick.

  • krystal ... thats the one then they heal then dry then spilt again... GRRRrrrr i bought vaseline (those little tin ones) takes the edge of the sting but thats about it x

I have had one coldsore after another since i found out i was pregnant. My lips are very dry and sore and then I wake up with a coldsore in the crack.

I swear this baby must be a girl I proper bloomed with my DS had shiny hair and looked the picture of health (even if i didn't feel it) but this time I look SHOCKING. Coldsores all over mouth, spots all over face, white pale anaemic skin, greasy hair when i have onlyjust washed it. They do say girls steal the mothers beauty when in the womb so maybe that's it??
  • MFD - Your neighbours are shocking, I mean, looking through someone elses window  . Our neighbour started looking in our bin when we first moved in and I caught them in the act - I haven't seen them do it since though. we have had our troubles with our elderly neighbours ourselves, I think some old people have nothing better to do than involve themselves in other peoples lives  .

I forgot to add earlier, I managed to get to ASDA today and bought the Johnsons baby box, A cute Winnie the Pooh sleep suit and hat, some baby Einstein books, and Gina Ford's Contented Baby Book.

I was hoping for a contented one myself ;):D

I have had to take off my wedding ring  I don't mind so much when I am in the house and will prob see if I can squeeze it back on when I go out. I haven't taken it off other than for hubby to clean and polish it since we got married 2 years, 7 months and 12 days ago
