Anyone know if the easyfix thingy above is an isofix? HELP! I want it but only if it's isofix :D

Yes, the yellow bits sticking out of the back are the isofix bits. I have the base, & love it to bits!! It's expensive but so worth it. one click & you know the baby is in, & absolutely no faffing with the seatbelt. I need to strap all 3 in, & wish they were all as simple as this (but I can't carry the toddler in such a seat....& he kicks me as I try to do his 5 point harness up ;) )

Someone was asking (you?...baby brain, sorry) if it's for all maxi seats or just the baby ones. It only works on the infant carrier, not the next seats up.

lol I think after much staring at pictures it is isofix - there are 2 types of bases - new cars by law have to have isofix built in - instead of adjusting the base into a seatbelt it has a purposebuilt fixing point you click the base into. Saves faffing around with making sure the belt is clipped in poperly etc :)

Thinking about it in hindsight... you wouldn't need it to... DUH - I mean once they get big enough to need the next seat then you don't need to be able to lift them in and out in their seat any more really do you? :) GAH! I'm SO blonde sometimes :)

One positive to being fat, is that no-one mentions it! I'm still at the stage where I could just be really fat and not pregnant, so no-one wants to offend me!

that doesn't necessarily mean that this base is compatible with all new cars...it's not that simple, sorry!

The woman in boots in town said to me on Wednesday 'are you due soon, you have been pregnant for a very long time' :o

I didn't think I shopped in boots that often :rotfl:
