I was in town with my Mum today and decided to go into Montezumas to check out their vegan chocolate, I've never been inside before as it looks expensive. Well it is quite expensive, but the chocolates all handmade and some of them are labelled vegan so I thought Id try a small bar, just in the name of research of course ;) I brought the Orangutang bar which is dark chocolate with a hint of orange. I have to say it is the nicest chocolate I have ever had, even better than the dairy stuff, for a treat it is worth every penny .

Have just been on the website. http://www.montezumas.co.uk/truffles/showitem.asp?&r=3&g=3&i=1086&pg=1
    I now want chocolate.

I've heard chocolate makes all the bloating better.

I've just made that up, but doesn't it sound good :j

RE: Mooncup, gotcha on that one, I'm just going back on the Pill after a couple of months off so I might be haywire too, but unlikely. Suep, are we synced?

Hiya Joyful, nice to have you back. I think Animal aid are in Chelmsford to campaign against the horse racing, I read something about it on the website last night, they are holding a funeral for all the horses that have died there, it's shocking how many.

No Ill be honest I havn't ordered a mooncup as Im a bit concerced about how it will affect my interstitial cystitis/painful bladder syndrome. I've recently been having a problem with urine retention and cant even wear a tampax when I need to go, sorry tmi  I might go back on the website and ask them what they think.

Yes Id love Murrell to come shopping with me too, I have to take my reading glasses as I cant read the tiny print on the back of packets and I cant see to walk with the glasses on so it takes me twice as long to shop lately.

Hiya, my DD is still feeding at 9 months and with 6 teeth, it's getting more uncomfortable as time goes on but I'm determined to do a year! Don't know if it helps at all but how I got past the biting stage was to scream! he he. When she had 2 teeth she bit me, not really hard but enough, so I decided to nip it in the bud :o and screamed quite loudly! She pulled off and looked at me quite confused, then bit me again harder- little monkey! I screamed louder and I think it really shocked her! She hasn't intentionally bit me since (approx 4 months!) However as I said before it does seem to get more uncomfortable with each tooth, mainly latching on and pulling off.

You prob tried it, but I used to get this all the time, until somebody told me to drink as much water as you physically can, I drank about 6-7 pints a day for 2 days and it cleared up straight away. Also as I then made sure I drank a min of 4 pints a day thereafter I have never had it back!! (fingers crossed!) Also regarding mooncup, not sure if it would irritate in the same way, as it sit's very differently to a tampon and IMO is much more comfortable, though asking on the website would be a good idea as there is bound to be someone in a similar situation who knows.

Tara Smith Hair Care product range

Tara released her own line of natural and organic hair products in October 2008 which consists of Shampoos, Conditioners and Styling Products.
Tara's vision for her own range is based on her desire to bring something truly original to haircare:
    • Her starting point was her belief that ‘the hair is a plant that needs to be fed’ and to bring it to its ultimate level of health it requires regular hydration and nutrients to stimulate the hair follicle
    • Her belief in the benefits of natural ingredients
    • Her determination to minimise the use of harsh chemicals
    • Her commitment to ethical values such as not testing on animals and protecting the environment
    • Her determination that each product must be delicious to use and smell gorgeous
    • And most importantly it should be widely available on the high street at an accessible price
    All Tara Smith's products are:
    • Made with natural and organic earth friendly ingredients
    • Contain certified organic fragrances
