SM, you deserve a break so a weekend thread is an excellent idea, although somehow i am sure you will be one of the first to post on a Sunday anyway!!

Mbaz, well done on the flight tickets as long as they work out profitable.

Guys re diaries, i keep a blog and do my posting on that so i am up to date with everything. Have a great bunch of lovely mse people who talk to me on it.

Have been reading some of yesterday's thread. Thanks for your thoughts everyone, i am fine although a little lonely and kicking myself for getting complacent in my relationship.

However have just used my free phone minutes to chat to OH and we had a great chat and am feeling much happier after talking to him and he is making an effort which is a bit of a first for him!

  • Hi all - liked the houses I went to see. Going again on Saturday for another look and a second opinion. May also talk money but it's all down to the developer. If they want to sell, they need to do a decent part-exch on mine. If they're not sensible with cash, then no go for me and I'll just do the remortgage on my existing place (which going from sub-prime to a normal bank means I would save about £120 a month anyway going by the offer from the RBoS).

Guy also fixed my car for FREE today!! He was taking off panels and all sorts, but my back light now stays in securely and the dented bumper has been bent back into shape - gets resprayed next week so should be looking good as new by then!

And my Mum did buy me lunch ( a completely un-classy all you can eat Chinese buffet, and despite having eaten at 2.30, I've got no hint of a hunger pang as yet!)
Almost debt-free, but certainly even with the Banks!
  • Hi guys, my litle list for today is

  • Great idea about the thread SM - I totally agree with Piq, it can be a bit daunting joining an estbalished thread. You have made a fantasic compromise, well done! :A

Really want to start my own diary, have been working on a couple of titles such as "Marriage, MSE and Me"

Thing is though, I would be too scared no one would post! Piq, KtJazz etc are so interesting...I would worry I wouldn't be as good! :o

    Love to all

SM - Do they tell you what day they will be delivering on?

No , but they tell you when it has been despatched and you can track the parcel a little on google checkout so you have an idea of about when it is due.

Sans -HSbirthday11.gif have a lovely birthday tomorrow - sweet of your DH to be making you a cake :D
