tell DD stop drama & get bum upto tesco for new sim, call Tes Mob & transfer balance & number
its her duty to understand her mobile provider, pin & puk numbers etc
NOT her duty to cause trouble between the family unit in a drama she could have easily avoided by knowing how to use something she has a luxury to have access to
she be grounded for the night from me her drama - you should never encourage or accept such as a parent, no matter how sad/bad you feel for kids, you playing devils advocate teaches child nothing for the real world

lol, i agree with discipline, but this is a 10 year old child who has tried to get their phone to work & not understood. I would hardly expect a 10 year old child to read the t&c of every item they have.
there are loads of adults who do this, so you can hardly a child for making a mistake which is easily made by adults.
over bearing parents a real nightmare0 -
i used to do this alot with 121... but they always unblocked it when i phoned em.

Everyone does this to start with, it's the novelty factor. Shame they've had to be confiscated though. Do they know how to check their balance so they can keep a check of how much they've spent?

well if a child has a bike they know stay off roads, if a child has mobile they need to know security of the phone/pin/puk to avoid theft etc....SO... now England its the Scots turn to say dont leave the UK, stay in Europe with us in the UK, dont let the tories fool you like they did us with empty lies... You will be leaving the UK aswell as Europe
