Can't be bad, if that's what it says then take it. I guess if you use your Clubcard too then you get more points on that? Now that will cheer up your DH! :jMortgage free as of 10/02/2015. Every brick and blade of grass belongs to meeeee. :j0

even if they have to send a sim with a different number they should be able to transfer the airtime balance0

tell DD stop drama & get bum upto tesco for new sim, call Tes Mob & transfer balance & number
its her duty to understand her mobile provider, pin & puk numbers etc
NOT her duty to cause trouble between the family unit in a drama she could have easily avoided by knowing how to use something she has a luxury to have access to
she be grounded for the night from me her drama - you should never encourage or accept such as a parent, no matter how sad/bad you feel for kids, you playing devils advocate teaches child nothing for the real world
its all easily sorted, goodness had she read Tes mob website she never would have Screwed the sim as dead with ten triesSO... now England its the Scots turn to say dont leave the UK, stay in Europe with us in the UK, dont let the tories fool you like they did us with empty lies... You will be leaving the UK aswell as Europe0 -

no 1 son did the same thing with his phone before christmas and he is with tesco's as well i contacted customers services and after explaining the problem to the lovely lady on the other end of the phone she was able to sort the whole thing out and we recieved a new sim card with the same number and his credit and a few of his numbers on it (think he had about £9.67 on the phone) needless to say that after the lecture i gave him about the phone he won't be doing that again - only took about 3 days for the new sim to arrive :j

thanks diamonds - she is only 10! but she is under no illusion as to what a problem she has caused - we have ordered a free sim on the tesco mobile site and my dh is calling customer services this morning to see if we can keep her number and get the credit from the blocked simThe mind is like a parachute.
