I bought in April 2007 sealed bids, up £380k approx (one of reasons cashed in my shares)
I bought in Nov 2006 up £250k approx, 3 flats in 1 freehold, BTL, monthly profit just over £1k, long term tenants in situ.
Sold £324k sept 2007, house bought for £120k + £12k refurb May 2000 actual profit £192k
although I expect to lose a bit in the next few months, no need to sell, jobs a good'un0 -
