1st Time buyer needing extra cash!

Hi

I am a first time buyer, £32k a year, oh earns £6k a year. We owe £15k.
I'm looking for a mortgage of max £110,000 although probably only need £105,000. We have £8k from a long service advance of pay from work.
Are there any companies that would loan us the extra as a secured/unsecured loan as well?

Cheers

Zopa loans are pretty cheap but if you already owe £15k they may not touch you. I would shop around to see if you can get the whole amount you need to borrow via a mortgage as the mortgage loan is going to be cheaper than a standalone, and you can overpay your mortgage to reduce the amount.

Have you tried different borrowers to get the whole amount perhaps via a Independent Financial Advisor who can look at the whole market for you?

Any of these would most likely do the whole lot for you.
