you dont know my situation and im pretty sure at 24 you werent in as good situation as i am.
personally i cant miss out on anything. when i buy ill win no matter what. i earn alot of money and i live in an area which isnt overpriced like london, ive just been told my job is secure and i also have 9 months notice on my job even if it did go. i get 40 days a year holiday.
so unlike what you think i wont be living anywhere like that photo, i suppose this is your house.. right?
and even if i did want to make a move this year id just sell me bmw and move earlier. but there is no need
Let's start putting the clues together and guess what he does:
24 years old so if a graduate he's only got 2 or 3 years in, I can't think what sort of profession would give you 40 days holiday and 9 months notice with only 2/3 years in?
Any ideas anyone?0 -

How can someone who is on 40% tax only have a 10% deposit?
PS your postpandamonia wrote: »me since the 104k i will be lending even after all my household bills are paid ill still have £700 per month disposable %.
Seems to me that people lend beyond their means and can at best afford 5-6%
£700+£536 mortgage.=£1236
So your household bills will be around £1400PM. Either that or you earn no where near £40K+0 -
I'm surprised at grown ups sniping at each other, which seems to happen on some forums from time to time. It just seems childish to me. ("My dad is bigger than your dad... my mum is prettier than your mum..... I'm considerably richer than yaouw!!!)
Just sharing our opinions is what these forums are about so getting personal seems a bit silly. I find all opinions interesting and valid and there is nothing wrong with agreeing to differ. It's great to be ALIVE!0
