    I purchased a 3 bed semi at 25? (I wont even tell you what I have got now at the age of 32)so stop blowing smoke up our own @rse.

    and even if i did want to make a move this year id just sell me bmw and move earlier. but there is no need

    At 22 i owned a 3 bed property,have moved on since and just bought a second property in York.
