    Hi all,

I have a question regarding e-coupons. I currently get sent normal Tesco vouchers in the post, for use in store. I am now on crutches follwing a little accident and would rather use vouchers online.

Is there somewhere on the Tesco site that I can change to e-coupons, or do I have to call customer services?

    Thanks in advance.

Hi all, i have a query i hope someone can help
I opened an online account ages ago, and it allocated me a clubcard, but i never got one sent out... Although i had the vouchers sent out.
To be able to use 1st shop codes, i opened a few other accounts, so new clubcard accounts were auto made, and had vouchers sent out from those accounts too.
One time i managed to convert to restaurant vouchers by mixing two of my vouchers, so both from different accounts.
Anyway, now i want an actual card that i can use instore to collect points, but if i ring up they'll ask for my clubcard number, and i don't know the full number only the last 4 digits.
I'm worried that when i give them my details they'll say "oh! you seem to have 5 accounts all with points on" and then delete all the others or something
Can a kind knowledgeable soul tell me how it works and if this will happen, and if i will be able to get a physical card?!
    Thanks in advance!
If you order something on-line with Tesco and don't have a clubcard to give, the system will make up a 'virtual' card for you. Because it assumes you only do on-line shopping it stays a virtual card.
If you want a physical card - to use in-store for example, ring up and ask. Yes, the other 'cards' will be noticed, and you will probably be given the option to have these merged together - with all the points accumulated. Otherwise the 'physical' card could be generated from any of them.
If you want more than one account, fine, just be careful in you change address, to change all of them!!
PS Would've answered earlier, only just back from holiday.

Hi BC - don't ring them up. Pop into your local store and ask for one, saying you don't have one. That's what I did for my OH. Then go to your clubcard account on tesco.com and change the clubcard number to your new one.
    Click on:
    --- Groceries
    --- Manage My Account
    --- Your Clubcard Details
    --- New Clubcard number: *

No, all that does, is ensure that later orders go on the the new no. It does not link them together, i.e. points allocated to the previous no will stay there.

On Ebay you can purchase temporary tesco card, where the seller just picked it up in store and used it to collect points and never registered it in his name.
Then you just fill up the registration details and add it to your account. I believe they do that in 1 phone call.

How do you know how many points are on these 'Temporary cards'?
How old are they? With Temporary cards the points are retained the same length of time as the age of vouchers! But only the current period points will show up on a receipt.

I think buying temporary clubcards on ebay is risky. A lot are gained from recycling which will not be counted if you have recycled as well. Or with the CD DVD points a couple of months ago, when points were eventually taken back.
Don't forget the seller wants to make money and cannot (for whatever reason) put their own name to the card?

I have however purchased 30 ink cartridges on ebay from a seller who also sent them off, 4 did not register and they sent off another 4 so I got 3000 points for £40.

Having said this I hope that ~I will be proved wrong.

    Hi thanks for the replies.

I have a couple of accounts each with 1000 points on, what's the best way to merge these onto the same card without risking CS removing them!? I'm really worried about this happening if i ring and potentially alert them to the fact i have 4 or 5 accounts!! :o

Unlikely to happen i.e. notice 1000 pts on virtual cards. Now if you had several temporary cards each with inkjet recycle points - now that may get referred up higher!!
Initially, with search of postcode & name brings up acounts that match and how many points, search for no of each and merge.

I have no idea. It is Ebay. You take risk with everything when you buy off Ebay. What I've seen so far they take a picture of latest receipt to show how many points is on it. But I never bought one.

You can only judge by the feedback the seller received and decide whether they are trustworthy. And then leave them feedback yourself.

    Hi there,

I ordered Bella Italia vouchers with my clubcard and when I received them they make no mention of Bella Italia!! Does anyone know if this means that they can be used at any restaurant listed on the clubcard site?

    Thanks in advance.
