Hi.
Thank you for your response.
This is what I said the first timeWhen I paid at the pump, it asked my for my Clubcard first, so I put in my Clubcard + which it accepted. Then the payment card, and I put in my Tesco CCard Credit Card. Is it too much to hope that it will be registered twice and I will get double points ?!Thank you for reading this message.0 -

I would not have sufficient funds on my Clubcard Plus to pay for the petrol, so I put it in for 'points only'. Are you saying that instead of using my Tesco Credit Card with Clubcard, I should have used another credit card?
Oh no - you lose your TPF points that way. What I am saying is ONLY use your Tesco Credit Clubcard if that is the way you are paying.
Personally I always try and use the attended pay desk, rather than pay-at-pump - more certain of getting a receipt.I used to work for Tesco - now retired - speciality Clubcard0 -
Just been to tescos and got home and see on my reciept they didnt take off the £1 coupon I handed in off flora margarine. It was a coupon sent to me with my club card points.
Is there anyway I can raise this with them , I know its only £1 but I wouldnt of purchased the flora margarine without it.
I dont want to use my phone , so is there a email I can contact ?

I have a £6 coupon that came with my clubcard mailing. It can be used online (which I have used it for) or instore. Could I get away with using it instore aswell as online, or is the system cleaver enough to detect this?
ThanksNext year we'll be millionaires!0 -

Hi i ordered pleasure beach wristbands and days out vouchers. They didnt arrive. I contacted tesco and they are reissuing them but the form i had to complete says if thet are used i agree to repay the points they cost. They may be simply lost in the post but if someone else gets them can they use them? How can i prove it wasnt me?0

Hi everyone,
Apologies if this has already been asked.....I have £160 of hotel break tokens which were ordered to use at Hilton Hotels. I haven't redeemed them yet so can they be used against any other hotels...Best Western for example? There is nothing on the tokens to say that they are specific to Hilton or any hotel chain,
Thanks for any help,
Mark0
