I have just returned £120 worth of vouchers that were unused. They were received by Tesco yesterday. How soon will they be available to use again - when is the next statement date?

Sorry, misunderstood what you meant - I didn't realise you were talking about combining them (wouldn't have occurred to me that you could do that!).

I have a Tesco clubcard and a Tesco credit card, last week shopping I (as always) gave my clubcard to be scanned first, then paid with credit card.

Shop assistant said I should have done credit card only as that would give me triple points, whereas using clubcard first 'only' gives double points, so I was 'losing' points this way ?

I can't work out if this is true or not, my clubcard statement shows Tesco Bank AND Tesco points (about three times as many clubcard points as credit card points?) so I think I'm earning points both ways - do they really cross check and take away the clubcard points if you've paid with a credit card so are earning points there ??

I just phoned Tesco clubcard, who couldn't tell me without checking my account details, then when she was about to tell me I got disconnected - don't really want to spend another 5 minutes in the queue to start again ??

    Anyone know either way ?

I do this as well. I never gave it a second thought until now because I had always assumed using the Tesco CC in the end would overwrite me using the clubcard in the beginning. I use my key fob to scan in because I usually use the self service checkout and it says if you have a clubcard to scan it so I do!
I can't really tell if I have been missing points or not because I use my CC in general usage as well.

    ?

I just phoned Tesco again, spoke to Kim who has explained that it makes no difference if you use clubcard first or not - as each transaction can only earn points once, and credit card will earn the points if you pay on it. Makes sense to me, and I won't bother with clubcard if I'm paying with credit card.

Hi, can anyone check this for me...I received my Tesco delivery today and think i've been over charged.. I ordered 5 finest meal deals at £10 each (so that should be £50), plus delivery of £3.50, so that's £53.50 to pay right? I had a voucher for £10 off first order so my new bill should be £43.50, yes? Why is my total £52.67? Am i missing something in the calculations?

Was anything substituted? Was it actually your first order? Did everything go through as a meal deal?

it was genuinely my first order, the bill was for £100.63 plus £3.50 delivery before savings - all i ordered was 5x meal deals, so it would be £50 + delivery, my £10 off shows but they have my savings before voucher as £41.46 instead of £50.63....i've neber been good at math!
