it was genuinely my first order, the bill was for £100.63 plus £3.50 delivery before savings - all i ordered was 5x meal deals, so it would be £50 + delivery, my £10 off shows but they have my savings before voucher as £41.46 instead of £50.63....i've neber been good at math!

can you list what is actually on your delivery note?

sounds like not all your meal deals went through as meal deals.

did you put no substitutions? was everything you requested delivered?

    Hi
Reading through thread but just wondering about something,
I remember sainsbury's accepting clubcard vouchers at one time in payment at their tills, do they still do this?
    Thanks

No, Sainsbury's don't accept other supermarket vouchers. they will accept manufacturer's receipts off products.

you cant use expired deals vouchers, and it seems tesco are no longer recrediting expired deals vouchers

however, if they are just expired tesco clubcard vouchers, then it seems, these can be returned and recredited to your account

You can only roll over clubcard vouchers (re-credit back to account), if they're still on their system usually only 2 statements back, if they're not then you've kissed the voucher goodbye.. Remember, you have 2 years to use them :)

Hi all, i have a query i hope someone can help

I opened an online account ages ago, and it allocated me a clubcard, but i never got one sent out... Although i had the vouchers sent out.

To be able to use 1st shop codes, i opened a few other accounts, so new clubcard accounts were auto made, and had vouchers sent out from those accounts too.

One time i managed to convert to restaurant vouchers by mixing two of my vouchers, so both from different accounts.

Anyway, now i want an actual card that i can use instore to collect points, but if i ring up they'll ask for my clubcard number, and i don't know the full number only the last 4 digits.

I'm worried that when i give them my details they'll say "oh! you seem to have 5 accounts all with points on" and then delete all the others or something

Can a kind knowledgeable soul tell me how it works and if this will happen, and if i will be able to get a physical card?!

    Thanks in advance!

Phone them up, they'll merge all accounts together so all the points go to the same account, they'll then send you out a new card with a new number (they always have new numbers but are part of the same account).. Much easier and hassle free.. :)

    Hi there :)

I have a Tesco Clubcard and my fiance has just found one that he used to use long ago. I called Tesco and they said that they couldn't put all his old points onto my card and close his account without us BOTH being on the phone. Can I do this online instead of faffing around with a conference call?

    Cheers in advance!

    *meep*

you both have to be there due to data protection laws, when you phone cs the advisor needs to ensure that you can verify who you are. i,e. you could be the theif that robbed his wallet, do you get what I mean?

Can't be done online, there's no other way around it! :)

Got an e-mail from Tesco today offering 200 extra points on a £50 shop x three and if you use all three you get an extra 600 points totalling 1000.......what's the catch you might ask ...well they ALL have useby date of 15th Feb 2011 so for a single person that means buying £150 of groceries in just over a month .....I've complained to them before about these sort of offers slanted towards families and they blamed the company they engage to send out the mailings and to be fair to Tesco the last time they did give me something to compensate .

The special offer has been put on a plate for you, it's up to you if you want to eat it.. I find this offer very helpful, more points = more rewards!

I didn't receive this email?! does anyone have the codes??

Theres also a £100 Tesco voucher competition going on a cleaning website Zoflora??!! Just have to answer 6 questions about swine flu and then get entered into a prize draw

Even if someone gives you the codes, they won't be accepted as they're assigned to that persons account. If you try using them they'll just be rejected.. A marketing part of Tesco sends them out randomly, better luck next time :)

Hi, can anyone check this for me...I received my Tesco delivery today and think i've been over charged.. I ordered 5 finest meal deals at £10 each (so that should be £50), plus delivery of £3.50, so that's £53.50 to pay right? I had a voucher for £10 off first order so my new bill should be £43.50, yes? Why is my total £52.67? Am i missing something in the calculations?

If any of the items were substituted then this would stop the meal deal from coming off. If all items within an offer aren't scanned then this results in you paying in full for the offer.

Check your receipt to see if you have substitutions, if you have, that's your answer.. :)
