The last quarter finished at the weekend (just gone) you'll probably receive your statement and vouchers in the next 2-3 weeks

I have got £100 of "Double Up" vouchers to use by the 15th May (doubled up £50 of clubcard points) but the item I want is out of stock and won't be back before the 15th. I have got 5 x £20 ONLINE codes and 5 days to use them.


There is nothing else in that category that I want but I could - at a push - find £100 of stuff in another category.

Have tried to see if an order for category "Y" will take the codes for category "X" but no, the system recognises what category the double up vouchers are for and cannot apply them.

Has anyone any experience of getting categories changed from "X" to "Y" OR even getting double up coupons back into points ???

It's a real pain as the item has come back into stock and gone out again before I have had the chance to order !


I am not one for wanting to sell these codes as I am not wanting to break any rules and besides the double up will probably happen again before xmas.

Contact Tesco. On a previous 'double-up' promotion the item was out of stock initially. When it came back in stock the price had gone up! They gave me 'money cards' for the equivalent difference. Also they sent me vouchers to use in store, whereas I wanted Tesco Direct, so they compensated me for that as well !!

1) though not easy it may have been possible to change the category before the voucher exchange date, now that has past - sorry but no chance.

2) exchange vouchers must be used by the 15th - sad but true.

Might be worth ringing Tesco Direct (0845 600 4411) explain the item you want - they may have an up to date availablity. May even be able to set up an order prior to the 15th if stock will be in on say the 17th - don't know, just suggesting a maybe!

I thought the 650 points for having the mastercard was supposed to be on the may statement but it is not on mine. Anyone else got theirs yet?

poppyoscar, I too was wondering about my 650 points and so phoned Tesco and was given the ususal run around. Eventually someone said that the points should appear by 31.05.11!

Is it true you can post off receipts with unclaimed clubcard points to have them applied to your card even if they are from more than 14 days ago? If so what is the address and will they do it for an unlimited number? Do you just include a note with your clubcard number or something?
