Tesco Clubcard/Vouchers/Points/Deals - Post All Questions Here [merged]

It certainly wasn't the case in Cafe Rouge two weeks ago, as I had an argument with the waitress about it. Our bill came to £56 - £47 for food and £9 for drinks. I left £50 vouchers and a £10 note, and received £1 change! The girl said she could not give change from the vouchers and as I was paying £50 in vouchers for £47 worth of food, there was nothing she could do. Actually I would have preferred it if she'd come back to me and said she would take £40 worth ofvouchers and ask me for the balance of £7 on the food, but she put it through without asking me.

I have used the vouchers many times in Cafe Rouge. I always deduct the drink from the bill, then give vouchers to the nearest voucher under the total left.

Can clubcard points be used in store at a automated till machine?

I have over 1000 points and I wondered if I could use them at these tills? I ask this as when you get to the payment option it gives an option for clubcard points on screen.

I have just never dared to press it.:embarasse

Has anyone ever tried doing this? Iit would be great if it worked and I think more people should know.

Im sure they accepted them for drinks in bella italia, i cant remember giving extra money for drinks just the vouchers.

I really need some help please.

I need to find some written proof that Lavish Spa's was part of the 4x vouchers rewards scheme.

On 5th December I tried ordering these vouchers at 4x the value but as the systems couldn't cope I had to order by post. The deal is now online at 2x the value and Tesco are saying it was never posted at 4x and I know for a fact it was.

I found 1 forum saying that they were a new deal added but need some more proof.

Can anyone help me please?

Sorry, but Clubcard Website says:

"Tokens are not accepted at Bella Italia in Center Parcs"

I didn't receive either. Maybe they are targeted at specific shoppers, and the codes may be personalised (I don't know).

I hate the prize draw questionnaires. It is a cheap marketing exercise. They get all these responses and just have to 'pay out' one prize. Much cheaper than using a market research company. :mad:
