Got an e-mail from Tesco today offering 200 extra points on a £50 shop x three and if you use all three you get an extra 600 points totalling 1000.......what's the catch you might ask ...well they ALL have useby date of 15th Feb 2011 so for a single person that means buying £150 of groceries in just over a month .....I've complained to them before about these sort of offers slanted towards families and they blamed the company they engage to send out the mailings and to be fair to Tesco the last time they did give me something to compensate .
I haven't received this email. Does anyone have the codes & from to dates

Does anyone know what the cut off point for collecting points for this quarter is please?
Yes, 29th January is the cut-off date for collecting, and also last date for changing your address to get them to the new one.I used to work for Tesco - now retired - speciality Clubcard0 -
MY Mum just gave me a load of 'Reward tokens' she ordered for days out. I've used 'day out' tokens received from Tesco myself, but just wondered if she has ordered the wrong ones as they just say 'Reward' rather than 'day out'.
Hope this makes sense, any help appreciated. Can I use these for food and days out, I'm confused!0 -
It sounds like you've got generic Reward tokens which can be used for any reward that is not buy in full. So you should be able to use them for days out, restaurants, hotels etc, even Goldsmiths - check the Clubcard site for full details of where you can use them! xx0

Thanks for the quick response. I think they must be generic, but the website refers to 'day out' vouchers, for days out, and 'Restaurant tokens' for eating out, even mention of things like 'PizzaExpress credits'.
Just trying to work out what I can do with them exactly, definitely using them for a day out, but there's £200 of them so thought I'd do food too, but can't work it out.
I think I'm just going to assume they will work anywhere that isn't pay in full, then just ask at the door.

Using Clubcard vouchers at the weekend in Pizza Express and pleasantly told that they now accept them as payment towards drinks as well. Excellent.0
