its to do with money going in
o/h halifax o/d is 4500 gauranteed evrey month it changes depending if a lot extra money goes in .occassionaly the gauranteed amount goes down,but not if you are actually at the maximum eg if she is at -4200 the gauranteed amount,if you click yes to change,could be lower.but you official limit is still 4500,if that makes sense.
hence 3 months statements to see whats going in the account.littlewoods/littlewoods direct/marshall ward/kays/greatuniversal/empire stores/addittions/grattans/next/ambrose wilson.barclay card/cap1/bos/vanquis gold/vodafone/3 .dell finance/currys finance

HSBC also use Callcredit for some applications. Especially for credit cards.

They always say they are searching all three but NEVER do. They are not really supposed to disclose there lending criteria, thus what agency.
