    So yours is improving then. I've just satisfied one of mine one to go, but they are quite recent Feb 07, and Dec 06.

    I hope satisfying will help me in my Quest to get a credit card!!

    Banks and mortgage lenders have in many cases been too quick to repo without being fuuly aware of each individuals circumstances

    No we don't, it got paid off when it got sold. We had been living there for 17 years as well, i grew up in the house which makes it tough, even now. :(
