yes i they could but ill keep paying it it go from £360 down to about £180 to £220 in dec 2009

yes it.s fixed rate 6.05 % till dec 2009 go s down to about less than 3.00% then

Still considering Next, also looking at Argos, turned me down last September but can reapply after 3 months apparently.
APR is highish so may be in with a chance?

when i phone them the other day the lady on said all new mortgage s the rate over 9% to 12%
