Only prob with BT is you only get 10meg or something don't you? Virgin offer 50meg

Since I went to the new homehub I now pay £30 pm to BT and get a quarterly bill for about £30 for the internet calls. It never goes down and I always get 54MBps - never dies and never had a problem. I have 3 laptops and 2 desktops linked to network

we get the internet phone but we dont use it with 6 mobile contacts in the house.2 laptops,2 kiddies netbooks,xbox and a pc on,and thats not enough.we always get 7 meg speed but every day at 7 pm struggle for speed for an hour.

Yea, thats true but i'm not into downloads etc so never use anything like it mate. TBH in my opinion, I personally think BT are good for several reasons, only downside is you always go to india but they are ok and seem a decent bunch. Wait times are very quick (150 gets answered within 5mins a lot of the time) and they offer free 0870 calls..... I look at it like £120 per quarter which is £40pm for all my phones and broadband - thats good for me. My Voda is the issue, I pay £40pm on 3 contracts LOL

do you mean speeds???????? we get 7 meg.unlimted dowloads.we do take the mick but have never herd from orange.

I understand, no wonder you have high bills like me LOL...... i'm on my laptop, wifes on hers, kids on PC's - its a normal family situation - OH, lets not forget footy in the background, washer going, dryer on, music blaring, heating on - LOL :rolleyes:

Yeah Megabytes...... I need mine high as sometimes have 4 computers on my network and we all have multipal pages open

i can dowload a film,sometimes,in 25 mins.i am fairly near the bt box or junction thingy on the street though.

yeah utility bills massive.all pc going.sky plus ,3 multirooms, 3xboxes.
when i was a kid i climbed trees and got a orange for christmas lol l

Ohh ok. TBH I do not download many films at all...... Mainly the amount of pages I have open at once.

Oh yea, I forgot about my sky - multiroom HD and full package plus setanta! Thats about £89 per month (full pack, 3 multiroom, 2 HD packs) or whatever! madness LOL
