Whether you ask for a BT or not has no effect on an application

Have you applied for "the accessory card" as well Victor?

yes i got a possitive decline if that makes sense.i think i would have got one on appeal.but no more searches for me.
the o/h has got adams matercard, sygma.she got that instore.she should have got ciffas but didnt becuase she still gets credit.(ciffas for honest cavalier applications and not fruadulent ones)they just put her on tier b apr.
i never got ciffas from them.

I learned today why it's always handy to have a credit card with you. I went into Starbucks with a friend and my HSBC Debit Card was declined. They had no reason why. I thankfully had my Vanquis card on me.

What account did you get from Abbey? What debit card?

    i cant honestly answer that.
i just clicked on their current account tailored to you link.
when asked i clicked the using as a bill paying account option.
declined an overdraft and that was it apart from usuall stuff.
visa debit but if i want cheque book they sent me the link and a link for overdraft.all they would need is proof of my o/d.
no credit checks are showing though.actully they offered an option to have an other account if they could give me the one i applied for,but that wasnt the basic one so ill wait and see.
when i know exactly ill let you know
