mine are all mine and genuine.i got impatient.so basicly its tuff on me,lesson learned

Mine were carried out with incorrect information on my file

i take it things will be rosey when its all sorted then?
we are going to do o/h credit reports soon.
problem is over the years shes been honest and genuine.however looking back i suppose her applications were a bit cavalier.basicly most info she would have give would have been rough ,eg time at adress would have been say 6 years 2 months,she may have put 6,1 on one application and 6,4 on another etc etc.
after reading things on this forum about nhunter etc i wonder what her reports may say.
she still gets credit though.

have you tried phoning monument.i herd when they do restart applications again the website is slower to update.
you may get help or an idea when they are restarting again.
customer service lady is very nice.

My OH does the same with time at address - She hasn't had any probs in general. She was declined for the debenhams mastercard recently which was a shock but she does have late / missed payments recently due to her on laziness.
