    s10 to stop them proccessing his current data and CCA request -( CCA not available ) to get default removed. I think that is correct.

    Are you saying they have failed to act on a s.10 or failed to send a CCA? I will have replied if you done it on cag mate..... so long as you're ok with it.... if you get stuck give us a yell... :D
