Ive uploaded the s.10 letter somewhere ages ago, for all to use. Its a desist and cease letter. they must act on it or you obtain enforcement.

Well done for using it.... sometimes you gotta know the law and shive a rocket up their ars.....

was that a brownie point for me by the way?

    Cheeky sod.
Nah! You can have half a brownie:rotfl:....as it is sort of 'second hand news' info to me.... and I already knew about it!

The other brownie half goes to the likes of Gizm, Fendy, UKav etc for their great help at the time....i'm sure you know what I mean! ;)

Regards to all the incorrect data held on my report. The templates do work. Look at the alert I just got after demanding removal of illegally placed default prior to my enforcing it through courts - within 3 days of letter being received look....:

    What a beauty!

Ahh its complex mate - its specific to littlewoods direct accounts (did I tell you they gave me account last night and I had to cancel cos forgot I was about to sue em lol)

My letter would only work with littlewoods direct because the fools forgot to put text in their CCA about sharing info and as they allowed the DCA to add a default it can never be placed again cos it was incorrectly and illegally placed.

want to see my (huge) legal baffling letter that was sent? I can post it for you if you want a read...?
