Get some compenstion from three and dpd
On the contrary, 3 were the good guys and very helpful. Tracking no's and card no etc
If I hadn't have rung them at 6pm, then i'd still be here twiddling me thumbs.
I don't understand how these couriers expect you to be happy with a delivery window of 10 hours....and after that amount of waiting in all day, still don't deliver the goods?
I blame the courier!0 -

wont do any good, the drivers get paid the same to empty van so it aint in their interest to deliberately avoid posting something however if they are late for whatever reason, they say they tried to post it and no-one was in but when they do this I ask them to describe the door like they are supposed to in the Home Shopping Act - or maybe they forget this one, tut tut.....
Its a joke, guaranteed you'll get it before 10am tomorrow... they'll come crack of dawn!
You know if the driver can't find you he puts down attempted to deliver card left - so call their bluff and ask what colour is my door, the car on the drive or even the house type - always catches em out2010 - year of the troll

NID mentioned about s.10 notice in one his previous posts.
I used an s.10 notice against Nationwide, prior and during court proceedings (and referred to it on my N1) against NationW.
I had never heard of it spoken before on this forum until NEVER mentioned it.
Is it because it is a little bit of lesser known part of the legilisation to the DPA that consumers do not know about?
When you 'google' ...results are limited etc0 -
