I called tesco, they asked for an additional bank statement as I only sent them 2 months:mad::mad::mad::mad::mad: It said Jan to March so I assumed three months Oh well....... They lady said she cannot make any promises but if they received two months and have requested the third it could be promising because they could have just sent a decline letter to me. I hope they do accept me!

I hope they accept you. It stands me in good stead when my defaults drop off!!

I wonder if you'll get any SAR's today?

I got letter from Call Credit refusing to deal until I provide signature (thats twice now) so am issuing them with court summons for compo cos they've deliberately stalled and now on day 37 out of 40 and they aint even started cos they are saying they need my signature before proceeding, my argument is why? You aint got it to compare owt to and nowhere in SAR provision does it say a signature is necessary!

Nightmare - they messing with the wrong dude - will post my final response later...
