    Good Friday? There is no post on Good Friday. :confused:

    It may take a little longer because of the Easter break. Normal 5-7 working days.

    No i don't have call & display on my phone. She just said they would ring people randomly, will they try calling me on my mobile or do they have to talk to me on my landline number?

    They can ring you on your landline or your mobile. Just hold fire and be patient. They will get in contact with you,
