Freezing to death lol its -4 at the moment and supposed to get colder
It's freezing here too. Was -14 this morning and it didn't get much warmer later on, probably -7 max, I've spent all day running back and forward to the shed defrosting water bottles for the rabbits and piggies and chucking in more straw!! Luckily the inside of the hutches seem quite toasty!
Anyone got a limit increase from MBNA yet - got my 6th statement coming up.....0 -
dolally, where you based, I get my sixth statement from MBNA this month so will wait and see, did you pay the £100 deposit and if so do we get it back or do they credit it against the account."In Italy for thirty years under the Borgias they had warfare, terror, murder and bloodshed but they produced Michelangelo, Leonardo da Vinci and the Renaissance.0

evening all
need a bit of advice
long story with cap one etc etc but i requested a copy of CCA and they came back with just the terms and conditions of it not a copy of me signing one. Now i know if they cant provide this the debt is wiped etc cause they need to prove i signed up for it etc etc but thats not the case. The problem is the default they filed back in 2003 etc.
Now what kind of letter do i send them now?0 -

I'm not 100% on this Fairmon, but i believe if a lender can't supply you with a true copy of your CCA the debt is un enforceable.
What letter to send?
I would contact the NDL.
I know it's a cop out but i'm unsure.0 -

Fairmorn
When in 2003 did they file the default as surely it is due to drop off this year"In Italy for thirty years under the Borgias they had warfare, terror, murder and bloodshed but they produced Michelangelo, Leonardo da Vinci and the Renaissance.0 -

Hi Fairmon.
How's your luck?
Why did you want your CCA. You trying to get rid of your default?
I contacted NDL (National Debt Line) about my 2 defaults and see what the best bet about having them removed once i have finished paying them off.
They gave me some good information. Give them a ring.0
