I don't think Cif was being "crude" in order to offend anybody. A little harmeless banter. ;)
Since when has the world of computer software design been about what people want? This is a simple question of evolution. The day is quickly coming when every knee will bow down to a silicon fist, and you will all beg your binary gods for mercy.

I didn't think I was being crude. Its a common enough saying where I come from.

What annoys me even more about Barclaycard changing it from £3000 to £10,000 if that i now have another search on my credit file that wouldn't be there if they hadn't decided to change the criteria then act dumb.

I only applied because according to the application i filled in i met all the criteria, i wouldn't have bothered otherwise.

Should complain and demand they remove the search from your file
