    with your Ulster bank lol

why - what you doing in brum mate?

why did you ask about bank accounts? do you need a physical branch then?

also, do credit cards get dealt with at soufend mate? when you appealed with bank statements, did they write and say sorry - then you appealed - then they wrote back asking for statements - then you got card? or was it different? can u please bullet point process that directly involved your case please?

also, did you use the template I posted (like the BOI one) or have you used a different one...?

Just seeing a friend or two

All Ulster Bank current accounts are branch based so they can generate your sort code

I pay my CC bill via DD (min amount) then top up by paying at the branch down the road. They do send an envelope out if you want to post a payment and this has an address in Belfast.

I applied and appealed 2 years ago so cannot remember what I put - I think it was along the lines that I am on benefit and these are guaranteed.

no, I didn't use a template. Just wrote one off the top of my head

No they aren't. You get a free 16-25 railcard if you are a student. I have to pay for mine. But I get half price bus and train travel in NI and I don't have to pay for the card
