I dunno but hoping that ulster aint part if southend on sea amateurs - if so then guess its a decline! what did you do to win appeal? Oh they just offer me a gold bank a/c as well LOL - tis funny

The decline letter I got was from Southend. I sent an appeal letter off, they replied asking for 3 months bank statements which I duly supplied and this was followed the following week by a CCA to sign.
