Part of RBS = Experian 1st! Then Equifax follow up! Plus it will say no if tesco did - same group mate. all RBS cards are dealt with at southend - same dept mate.

I'd just stay with what you have for the next few months or try one from your bank, thats your best bet.

Tesco's credit card is not issued anymore by RBS. Also, the RBS group does not search credit reference agencies in any particular order. It varies between each part of the group and each product, some will search one, some will search both Experian and Equifax at the same time.

Yes they do - I proved this the other night to another user - sutton, remember him that worked for tesco? I proved that RBS DO issue tesco cards! Look at page 260 or so to see it....

I did here this argument the other night and as always NID was right :mad: :mad:

Some of Tesco's credit cards are issued by the RBS group. New Tesco credit cards are not they now have their own banking license.

Also, the RBS group is not homogenous each bank has its own license and own data protection registration. This cause the uncoupling of the Southend-on-Sea centre into various departments.
