    Tesco Personal Finance uses a company called Experian to check applicants' credit history. If you are turned down for credit, this is not a decision made by Experian, but by Tesco Personal Finance, based on our own criteria.
    Bank Accounts - Barlcays Premier[/B] - £1000 o/d, HSBC - £200 o/d- First Direct - £500
    Credit Cards - Barclaycard £2000 - Silver Card £1300 - Flybe £7500 - HSBC £1000 - First Direct £2500 First Direct Gold £3000
    6 credit accounts closed in 2010!

    They will search Equifax then tell you they will be intouch - after they do a search on Experian tomorrow.

    No, Equifax is a much more modern system and they have different ways of doing things.

    They only searched equifax for cif do you think this is why??
